With over forty years of experience in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and active EMT licensing, David combines hands-on expertise with strategic leadership to ensure the company continues to grow while maintaining its core values. His unwavering dedication to community growth and development has shaped the company’s mission of providing safe, timely, and compassionate care for every patient. With active EMT licensing and eleven years of experience in the healthcare industry, Alexandra exemplifies a deep understanding of patient care and operational efficiency. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences and a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Administration with a focus on Applied Data Analytics. This academic foundation allows her to leverage data-driven strategies to enhance organizational performance and patient outcomes. Alexandra oversees a wide range of responsibilities, including Dispatch and Bookings, Operations, Human Resources, Fleet Maintenance, and Employee Onboarding and Training.
